At Cornerstone, we use the latest report writing software, with the easiest to read format, this allows us to describe and illustrate our findings with absolute clarity.

A complete description of findings and recomended repairs, with full color digital photos to identify the exact issue, will desribe the issue clearly....you will not need to know construction.

These reports are custom to your house and are not "checklist reports" like most large franchise-type inspection companies use.

A summary report and a full report are e-mailed directly to you and your agent (and any other party you wish to recieve it) within hours after the inspection (in most cases), but always within 24 hrs.

We encourage our clients to follow the maintainance recomendations and seasonal "tune-up's" we include in our reports for the health of their new home and to ensure the safety of the occupants.
